Grant ReportsGrant reports offer the opportunity to learn from grantees' successes and challenges and provide valuable context to refine Foundation grantmaking.All grantees are required to submit an annual progress report for the duration of the grant. We require a final report only after the project is completed, usually when grant award goals have been met and all monies expended. Each report contains a narrative summary and a financial accounting of grant fund expenditures. The Foundation staff carefully reviews information in the grant reports. After review, the Foundation may request additional information. All grant reports must be submitted by the designated institutional liaison through the online Grantee Portal. Reports submitted through other personnel will not be accepted. Instructions on how to share the contents of your requirement with Project Investigators or key personnel are included within the portal. Please contact the Foundation with any questions.
Reporting Schedule Grantees are expected to report on yearly progress according to the proposed reporting period, which usually coincides with the Foundation’s funding cycles in June and December. The grant reporting schedule is as below:
