Deadlines
Phase II is by invitation only. Phase II submissions received after the deadline will not be considered.
Notification
Receipt of Phase II submissions will be acknowledged within four weeks. Upon receipt of a complete Phase II submission, the Foundation will notify the institution if any additional information is required for the review process. After the Board of Directors has made its final grant decisions in a given grant cycle (June or December), all Phase II applicants will be notified in writing. No inquiries regarding the Board's decision will be entertained in the interim.
Requirements
The Foundation will only consider Phase II submissions that are complete and contain all the required forms and information listed on the Phase II Instructions.

One unbound original of the proposal must be mailed or delivered to:
